Hello, how can i save\autosave translated words in Dictionary app(to get back to them later and learn)? Macbook(Sierra)

I'm not sure what you want to do, but you can't add definitions to the Dictionaries. It doesn't work that way.
I want to keep a list of words that have been translated. To learn them later.
The Dictionary application is static — you cannot add words to it.
You can make an ordered list in HTML that contains your words. When you click on them, they open the Dictionary application to that word entry in the specified language. Here is an example in a file on my Desktop that I arbitrarily named foo.html. When I double-click on it, it opens in Safari with an ordered list:

You will need to enable, and order the dictionary choices in the Dictionary application's Preferences for some of the above links to work properly.
I need those words to be automatically added to the list when I click on a word to translate it. Even with the optional translation, just to memorize them.
Apple provides the Cocoa Dictionary Services framework that allows one to use Objective-C (or Swift) to supply a word to the enabled dictionary, and retrieve its definition, or display the translation in a window. Your specified user automation solution with Apple Dictionary does not exist without a programmatic effort.

No, I can't because I simply don't know of any, and the Apple Dictionary automation that you seek requires a custom development effort.
