HELP: Only Google related websites work on all browsers

Hello, I am frustrated with my mid-2012 Macbook Air (10.11.2). All of the sudden my browsers (Safari and Chrome) won't load many websites, the only sites that seem to work are Youtube, Facebook and Google. I have tried disabling the IPv6, adding DNS servers, resetting my browser, resetting my computer. I am connected wirelessly to my dorm's network. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance!
