How do I block a repeated invitation to share album from foreign stranger (Chinese characters)? Have they hacked my account?

I keep getting a strange invitation to join a 'shared album' from a Chinese / Korean (?) message on both my Mac and my iphone. I've 'Declined' a number of times be still keep getting this invitation. And just recently I got a meeting invite on iCal with the same character invitation.

I've changed my iCloud password and STILL am getting this.

How do I block this?
