If you got the screen replaced at a Apple Store or Authorized 3rd Party, then I would book another appointment and see them as it should be under warranty and they should fix it no problems.


If you had it done via a non-apple authorized 3rd party then they might of damaged the sensor or not of installed it correctly. To get it working again I would suggest booking in at a Apple Store, and seeing what they will do. can book appointments and Chat to Apple on their support site: https://getsupport.apple.com
