Quick skip of songs using watch

My watch is now running 3.1, in previous version I was able to swipe up from the bottom to access the now playing menu and skip songs while running.

I have Spotify and since the update when I swipe up from the bottom menu I get a command centre view of my watch (battery %, air plane mode and other useless functions).

How do I skip songs easily like before when running, is it a single press of the power button and then swiping over to now playing?

Glances is no longer included as part of watchOS 3.

Apple Watch now has a Dock:

To control playback of Spotify on your iPhone using your watch:

When viewing the time on your watch, launch the Dock by pressing the Side button once (the lower button) > select the Now Playing app, which will be shown automatically when Spotify is playing.
