Item no longer available.

When I go to download an app I get this "This item is no longer available." However, I am able to download it on other devices. How do I get around this?

The iPhone is up to date. On other posts online, they say to just wait it out, but it has been a week.

A couple of things to try:

Restart the phone.

Log out of Settings>iTunes & App Store then log back in.

Reset your network Settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network settings. Note: you will lose any saved WiFi passcodes.

Hello Tim_DeSpain,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to download an item from the App Store on your iPhone, but you're able to download it on your other devices. I would start by restarting your iPhone as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly. Never underestimate the power of a good restart. Also, if you haven't tried already, you can download the app to iTunes on a computer and then sync the app to your iPhone.
