Hello, nattapontechawanich.

I understand you're unable to send mail even with selecting a different outgoing mail server. This might be helpful for you, check out this article:

Get help using iCloud Mail

If you receive an alert when you send a message from your @icloud.com email address using Mail on your Mac

“This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox until it can be delivered. The reason for the failure is: An error occurred while delivering this message via the smtp server: server name.”

  1. Open Mail and choose Mail > Preferences.
  2. Click the Accounts tab.
  3. Select your iCloud account.
  4. Click the Account Information tab.
  5. Choose your iCloud account from the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) menu. If you choose Edit SMTP Server List, you won't see your iCloud SMTP server as an option.

Here's another tool to check your connection in Mail Connection Doctor . It might be able to tell you more about the issue.

Also make sure your passwords are working. To do this use Safari and sign into www.icloud.com with your Apple ID and password.

Let me know if this helps.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Cheers!
