ipay on apple watch with iphone 5s

Hi All,

I recently got the Apple Watch Series 2 and currently have an iPhone 5s. I understand that while I can't do ipay on my 5s, I should still be able to use it with my Apple Watch. Problem is that when I try to add my card, the "Next" button that is supposed to be selected once my card is verified does not display. I've done updates on both my phone and watch, tried resyncing, and removing the card and readding it but nothing seems to work. Anyone else running into this issue?
