Sierra stalls in booting (final step in installation)

I've downloaded and installed Sierra successfully (I think) but when I restarted my MBP 13" '15 the booting stalls with the process bar complete.

When I boot the machine in SafeVendor the last error I see is:

AppleKeyStore: Operation failed (pid: 49 sel: 7 ret: e00002c2 '-536870206', -1, 100000)

After this every 20-30 sec. it prints:

SmartBattery: finished polling type 1, 2 or 4

type 4 by far the most common.

Earlier the booting/installation simply froze around 80-90% done, but I managed to make it go back from start on each reboot by clearing my PRAM (holding option, command, P, R when turning machine on)

When booting I can only manage to go to login screen and after I login this grey screen with the progress bar appears. And freezes at the end. :/

HOW CAN I GET TO USE MY MACHIBE AGAIN??

Thanks in advance
