iPod Touch 5 Gen locked and I can't reset pass

My iPod touch has been locked due to security reasons. I do not recall giving any information of this apple ID to anyone I do not trust. I have tried resetting the password and iforgot.apple.com does not seem to work (I entered in my apple id and it sent an email towards that address which doesn't seem to be helping anything). I also do not remember one of my security questions. Is there another solution to this problem?
