Apple Watch Date and Time is Wrong

Hello,

I have got a problem which is related with Apple Watch. My watch(watchOS3.1) is paired my iPhone(6 Plus iOS 10.1.1). And When i see Apple Watch Time is not equal to my iPhone's time. I read lots of discussion from discussion.apple.com And lots of people said these steps :

- Unpair Apple Watch

- Restart iPhone

- Pair Apple Watch

I followed these steps and i fixed it this problem. After that I dont know exactly time, but 8 hours later My apple WAtch time is displayed 1 hour ago.

How can I fix this problem. I just want to my watch and my iPhone's display same Time.
