Do we need a warranty card to claim iphone problem?

Do we need a warranty card to claim iphone problem? i have network issue with my iphone 5s.and its still under warranty but unfortunately i lost my warranty card but still i have box..so can i claim my phone to apple store.and i bought a phone from UAE and can i take it to another countries apple store?im in poland btw.thaanx

You will need to ask Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider whether warranty service is available to you in Poland (this is a user-based technical support community - I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you what Apple will decide):



The warranty terms - and instructions for obtaining warranty service - for an iPhone purchased in the UAE from Apple or an Apple Authorised Distributor are available here:

Note that:


  • Apple may restrict warranty service to the country where Apple or its Authorised Distributor originally sold the device.
  • If service under warranty is offered, you may first be required to provide your proof of purchase for the iPhone.
