Notes from Macbook Pro don't sync to IPad

My notes sync properly between my iPhone 5 and my IPad Air. They do not sync to my Macbook Pro though and visa-versa.

If I go to iCloud.com on my Mac and select notes, I cannot see any of the notes that I wrote on the "Notes" app on my Mac. In other words, it appears that any notes that I type on my Mac do not go to the ICloud.

However, when I am in ICloud.com and select a new note, that note then transfers to my iPhone and IPad. It appears that notes created on the Mac do not go to the Cloud even though I have all devices selected to the same ICloud ID.

My pictures and emails do sync between all three devices.

Does anybody have a suggestion?

I logged out of ICloud, which removed all of my notes from the application.

I restarted the MAC and logged back in to ICloud. Still have the same problem. Any note I write in the MAC app does not sync with iPad of IPhone. The same is true if I create a note in either of the other devices. they sync between each other but not with the MAC.

Try going to iCloud.com to see if the items are there and whether they are from the device or the computer. That should show whether the device or the computer isn't syncing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing. If the device, go to Settings/iCloud and do the above.
