If I understand your post correctly, you started with zero available storage then you deleted some apps but the iPhone still shows zero available storage. I'll be happy to help you with this.
Go ahead and quit the apps on your iPhone like this:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then restart the iPhone like this:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once that's done, check the storage again like this:
Check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If it's still showing zero available storage, compare what you see on the iPhone with what iTunes shows available on the iPhone.
