How to restore Photos after iPhone reset?

If you have not made any iTunes backups or any iCloud backups and you are not using iCloud Photo Library or My Photo Stream, then I'm afraid there is no way to recover the lost photos or videos.

When using iCloud Photo Library, after they have been deleted, photos and videos can be recovered from the Recently Deleted album for 30 days.

Your photos will only be where you out them.

If you have failed to import them to your computer and/or back them up, then they are gone.
