Custom Contact numbers
Before ios10, i could enter custom names for example my wife's 3 different home telephone numbers. It went away in ios10. Is there a way to get it back?
The ability to create custom labels for phones still exists in iOS 10. The only thing that would hinder that ability is if your contacts are being saved in an Exchange account.
If you are not using Exchange, if you tap on an existing contact and tap on edit, you can add a phone number, then tap on the label, and you should see the Add Custom Label selection.
