How do I change the name that Siri calls me by?

#1 Launch Siri on your mac

#2 say "Siri my name is [your name]".

#3 Siri will then ask "You would like me to call you [your name]?" then shows yes/no buttons.

#4 After you click yes it should then should show you your card info.

After this, for example, if you said "Siri what's my address" it would then show the details from your card.

So you did steps 1-4 in my first reply? But then the card Siri showed you contained your wifes details, correct?

In Contacts have you found your card and then used the Card menu and select "make this my car

Also to rule out iCloud syncing being the issue, have you tried to set up your card when not connected to the internet/wifi?

Do you both share the same iCloud account?

Or it might be a syncing issue with iCloud and it's not updating the cloud with your details for the "My Card" card?

When you turned off wifi and re-did the my card, did it work at all whilst still off wifi?
