Keeps dropping and reconnecting. Pretty sure it's not the wifi because on MacOS and my iPhone, both have stable connections. It's probably a driver issue, anyone know a fix?

The .68 driver is only for Windows. It is unrelated to any KEXT on the OS X side. Even .68 does not fix all issues.

I change all my routers to 5 mhz, now it is working fine.
5 mhz is absolutely awful, don't know why this could be considered a solution.
5G 802.11n and 802.11ac behave differently. There is no universal solution to the driver issue. Are you using the latest driver as provided by Apple Software Update on the Windows side?

.68 may be a better choice for 5g 11n, while .64 seems to work much better with 11ac based on my testing with Apple Extremes.
Yes, I'm aware they have the hardware capabilities, but the drivers seem to be incompatible for now.
I too have this problema and very frequent lag spikes in multiplayer games for some reason.All of this started happening after the last update.
Any idea where to look for older drivers? (<.68) I'm on a fresh install so I can't just roll back.
You will need to use Brigadier (https://github.com/timsutton/brigadier) and download the older package, if it is still available.
There are environmental factors with the 2.4G band, which can manifest differently for many users. If it works for you, use it.
