video won't download to iPhone 7 plus

Purchased a video on iTunes. It will not download to my iPhone 7 plus. If I plug it into my computer, it will, from there. But, it still shows up in the Downloads queue on my iPhone and will error out when trying to DL. Help....

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I understand you've purchased a movie via iTunes and have been unable to download it to your iPhone. I have a few steps that may help. If you have not already, it's always a good idea to restart your phone as described in the article below:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If that doesn't help, you may want to try signing out of the iTunes & App Store and then sign back in to make sure the connection to the store is fresh and working as expected. You can sign out by going to Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap on your Apple ID and select "Sign out". Afterward, restart your phone and sign back in.
