I need to change accounts in a game (throne rush) , and for this i deleted app , and download again loging in with another Facebook account . I need a app manager or else, for not delete again and again…
Not entirely sure what you mean by 'app manager or else', but iOS is a sandboxed operating system, apps can't control/access other apps.
