How can I access Apple Music in Pakistan?

Hello,

I want access to Apple Music but I live in Pakistan is there anyway I can have access to Apple Music? I have tried changing my country/region but since my credit card is Pakistan. Asked I am unable to change my location. Please help I would really like to have access to Apple Music or any other alternative.
