i am considering to buy a demo iphone 7 128 gb jetblack, because the price is very fair for me. from my researches, i know that there is a demo content on phone that makes a introduce on phone. but it can be get rid off easily with restoring through itunes. is there would be any other kind of limitation or shortcoming? thank you

No idea. Apple doesn't sell demo phones and does not allow their authorized resellers to do so either, so I assume this is some private sale. And if so, it is a private sale of a device that should never have legally left whatever store it was a demo unit in. As with any private party sale, it's a matter of buyer beware (i.e. pay your money and take your chances).
Since demo units are never in the normal change of supply to retail customers, I don't know that anyone can say for certain what limitations they may or may not have.
If it's a demo phone it is almost certainly stolen, because neither Apple nor its authorized resellers ever sell demo phones. If you buy it you will be in possession of stolen property, which is itself a crime.
yes, the sell is not on apple. it is from one the biggest online retailer in Turkey. I spoke with the apple support with the phone today and they told me, yes that device is warrantied by the apple itself. but they cannot give me info about demo devices. and i heard it is pretty common of using demo devices but i want to be sure of it is reliability
this demo devices are overproduced that apple meant to produce view and introduce to customers. i spoke with the apple executive over the phone. and he said, those devices are warrantied by the apple itself for 2 years(in Turkey warranties are has to be 2 years long). but just like i said they cannot give me information about the phone itself. because they don't sell them on their stores
There is no way for an online retailer to legally and legitimately get their hands on a demo iPhone.
You did not speak to an Apple executive about a demo iPhone 7 that was overproduced and provided to some retailer in Turkey to sell to the public. And, if you provided a serial number for a demo device, they certainly wouldn't tell you it is under warranty. This story is pure fiction.

Apple does not sell their demo or display models at all, to anyone for any reason. If that online seller is selling demo units, they did not acquire that stock legally.
