Mail Issue With Hotmail (macOS)

Late last week and today again, two separate Hotmail Accounts that were setup in Apple Mail on iMac stopped working saying the username and account could not be verified. They all point to the correct IMAP addresses. All other Hotmail, Gmail, etc. function without any issue. These two accounts have no problem on my iPhone with iOS 10. I thought they might be hacked so I created a new account at Hotmail, then, attempted to add it to Apple Mail and had the same issue.
