Genius Bar Reservation

Chronically difficult to make an appointment. Why brag about the Genius Bar (which I know is in fact very good) if you don't want us to use it. I will now have to get into my car and drive over to the Apple Store. At my ripe old age, I'd rather not be doing this, but you leave me no option. Disgusting service.

In addition to the excellent information that Dah veed provided, understand that not all Apple Store Genius Bars will accommodate walk-ins. There are some stores that will not take you at all if you do not have an appointment.

I've been trying for 10 minutes to get to the page I used to be able to click on with no problem. This tells me they don't want you coming to the store for service. Not a happy camper.

Because Apple no longer wants to see you unless you're gonna buy something. I've been trying to make a genius bar reservation for almost 20 minutes & I've given up.

If you drive over without an appointment, you may be waiting a long time, as the GB serves the folks with an actual appointment first. Walk-ins don't jump to the head of the line!
