See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support to change the automatic renewal status of the subscription. Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to request they cancel the charge for the unused and unwanted service.

I want a refund from Apple, and I want it NOW

Have you contacted iTunes Support and asked them for a refund ? Obviously nobody on here (having read previous replies you know we are just fellow users) can potentially refund you. If you haven't contacted them you should consider doing so e.g. http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

In addition, all the suggestions for going to Settings on the iPhone, and subsequent clicks, I have been following, and I have put in searches for subscriptions and other terms asked for and there is NOTHING on the phone.

If you are trying to stop the subscription follow the instructions that have been posted : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Typically free trials set up an auto-renewing subscription which you need to manually revoke at least 24 hours before it is first called on if you don't want to continue with the subscription at the end of the trial. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support for details. You can cancel the subscription and potentially request a refund via https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ for the most recent payment that was taken, particularly if you can argue that you haven't made any use of the service. Removing an app, or just not using it, won't cancel the subscription associated with it.

I need to cancel a subscription that is pending

See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. Note renewing subscriptions should be cancelled at least 24-hours before they are due to renew if you don't want to be charged. In principle all completed sales are final, but you can contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to discuss the possibility of a refund for the unwanted and unused subscription.

I have at some stage agreed to iTunes and I have never used it and it is costing me $11.99 per month. I have discontinued the paying service with Pay pal and then get a message that I need to update my details. Could you please discontinue iTunes at your end.

This is a user to user forum: you are not taling to Apple here. The method for cancelling your subscription has been posterd many times in this ludicrously long thread but as it's not reasonable to expect you to plought through it looking for an answer I'll post it again:

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

See also If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email. See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

See also Use Screen Time to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

  • If there is no evidence of a charge on either your iTunes or bank/credit card accounts this is likely to be a phishing exercise which you should ignore.
  • If there is a charge shown under your iTunes store account and it relates to misuse of your Apple ID then you need to start a conversation with iTunes Store support to get it cancelled and refunded, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication if at all possible.
  • If it isn't connected to your own Apple ID but funds have gone from your bank or credit card account that purport to be from iTunes then the account has been compromised and you need to deal directly with your financial institution.

Once again We are not sending anything. The forum software is the one that is sending the emails. If you are subscribed to or following this thread, you will get messages every time there is new activity in it.

If you can't stop following the thread to stop the email messages, try modifying the your email preferences as explained above by turingtest2. Only you can do this. Nobody else can do it for you.

We cannot stop the messages, only you can.

  • Stop replying to us, we cannot stop the emails you are getting, you need to rad and understand that.

Follow the steps in the link posted multiple times in the very thread you replied to. Here it is again: https://support.apple.com/HT202039

However, if you have not added your credit card to your Apple Id, then there's no way the purchases are coming form Apple, so there's likely nothing for you to find there.

Any charges made through the iTunes Store, will show up on your statement as "itunes.com/bill". And not by the name of the app or service.

See here for more details: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
