See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support to change the automatic renewal status of the subscription. Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to request they cancel the charge for the unused and unwanted service.

We are not charging you for anything. This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple or iTunes Billing here.

If you have an unrecognized charge follow the steps here to determine what it is for: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

You can also log in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com to see a list of all charges made on your account within the last 90 days.

Beyond that, fill in the form in the following link to contact iTunes Billing directly: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support

I would really appreciate if you could cancell my subscription and get me a refund on my card

This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple. As users we cannot cancel anything for you.

Please follow the steps provided multiple times over in the very thread you replied to.

You can then contact iTunes Billing yourself and request a refund for it directly at: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

See also If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email. See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

See also Use Screen Time to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

  • If there is no evidence of a charge on either your iTunes or bank/credit card accounts this is likely to be a phishing exercise which you should ignore.
  • If there is a charge shown under your iTunes store account and it relates to misuse of your Apple ID then you need to start a conversation with iTunes Store support to get it cancelled and refunded, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication if at all possible.
  • If it isn't connected to your own Apple ID but funds have gone from your bank or credit card account that purport to be from iTunes then the account has been compromised and you need to deal directly with your financial institution.

Please cancel my music account

We cannot. This is a user to user forum, you are not talking to Apple here. As users like yourself, we have no access to your account so no way to cancel anything for you.

Follow the steps provided countless times in the very thread you replied to, including the Apple Recommended post at the top. Only you can do this, nobody else can do it for you.

Please do not send anymore messages I got my subscription canceled thank you

We are not sending anything. The forum software is the one that is sending the emails. If you are subscribed to or following this thread, you will get messages every time there is new activity in it.

Stop following the thread to stop the email messages. Only you can do this. Nobody else can do it for you.

To stop following it, log into the forum, find this thread and click on the word "Following" at the top right of this thread. It will turn into "Follow" and the messages should stop.

Does the App you wish to cancel but can't actually have an active subscription or trial period? Does it appear in the subscriptions list?

If it does appear in the subscriptions list, but has not cancel button, then its probably set to not automatically renew. It should show an Expiration date in that case rather than a renewal date. So there's nothing you need to do.

If it does not appear in the subscription list at all, then it doesn't have a subscription you need to cancel. If the app had a price you paid up front to download, then those generally will not have recurring subscriptions you need to cancel. Its a one time payment only.

This is a user to user support forum. No one here can give a definitive explanation or change things for you.
