Which is fastest overall: the LaCie Rugged Thunderbolt External HD or the Samsung T3 Portable SSD External SSD?

The LaCie claims 387mb/s the Samsung claims 450mb/s so if their claims are actually true, the Samsung is quite a lot faster.
