How do I create a "yellow highlighter" effect for text.

Is anyone aware of a plugin (or built in feature) to create a yellow highlighter effect in final cut X? Not like this, where the text is yellow. But to mimic a...yellow highlighter, where the text is black and just the background of the text is yellow. Thanks and I both apologize and hope for an obvious answer.
