Only one answer remains but it does not accept it

The first set of steps did not change the situation so I found the developer's email address and have emailed them to find the answer. One of your steps indicated that I could reload the app, and I am trying not to do that since I would have to start over on achieving the sequential levels of the app. Thanks for responding, Becky.
