Sorry, that's not going to happen. The iPhone 4 wasn't capable of running iOS 8 in 2013, it still isn't.

Is there not anyway apple could just make it iOS 8.0 just one more software update , they don't need to add all the new features , just iOS 8.0 so I can download the latest apps
