My iphone says that i use headphones but i don't and i can't hear any sound from my speakers how can i fix it?

Hello, i just had the same problem!

My Iphone SE said the headphones were plugged in while their are not, i could not make calls neither listen to music through the speakers.

i tried everything like cleaning, reset, looking in the www for all day..

finally i just turned my phone into airplane mode for 15 mins and violá, now it works again. hope that helps!
