Emoji bar appearing on screen on MacBook Pro 2016

Hi,

Yesterday I got my new macbook Pro 2016 13 inch but I keep having a problem where the emojis appear on my screen after I have used them on the touch bar, and pressing x doesn't remove them, I have added a photo, if anyone knows a solution please help!

Nick,

If you have not yet restarted try that first.

Next follow the instructions listed in: macOS Sierra: Start up in safe mode, followed by a normal restart.

Hi, this happened to me as well. I restarted my computer and it's gone. Do you know why this happened?
