iphone 7plus camera freezing

i bought a iphone 7plus 2 weeks ego. but today morning when i weak up from bed i tried to open camera but it was frizeed. it was showing a big dark screen and front facing camera is not turning on. flash light is not working also. i tried the hard reset and also the factory restore but it is not responding. so what should i do now? is it a software problem or a hardware problem?

If you have done a restore to factory, not adding any additional content or using a backup, and the device is still not responding, then it is probably a hardware issue. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or authorized Apple service provider to have the device examined. If you cannot do that, then contact Apple support to arrange for sending the device in.
