There is no such thing as "iTunes email."
So it's not clear if she forgot her iPhone passcode:
... or if she has Apple ID access issues:
My friend has the same problem, except hers is an iCloud email. If you don't have security questions or any way of getting into that email, you can try a 'trusted device' if you have that set up. If you don't have any trusted devices, you're out of luck.
I even tried, with my friend, wiping the phone and starting over. Doesn't work! I think it's destined for the recycling...

If your niece cannot access emails sent to her rescue email address, she will need to contact Apple Support.

(I'm afraid that no-one here can reset her password or security questions for her. You are not talking to Apple here - this is a user-based community).
My niece locked herself out of her iphone. She reset her password but the email goes to an itunes email, which she of course can't get into. Please help!
