I am resident of Pakistan. Whenever I try to locate a destination on my maps using directions I got a notification stating that directions are not available while at the same time my friends are using the maps successfully. I need urgent help to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

If you can't find your current location on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure that Location Services and Maps is set to While Using.
- Make sure that you set the date, time, and time zone correctly on your device. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. If possible, use Set Automatically.
- Restart your device.
- Make sure that cellular data or Wi-Fi is on and that you have an active connection.
- Try a different location or switch to a different Wi-Fi network.

It’s impossible to get directions in maps app. I’m located in Armenia and directions between the cities are not available.
Google maps is removed from Armenian Apple store and don’t know why. It was the best compared to iPhone maps app...

As mentioned, I have did that but it’s not working I am using iPhone 7 Plus and my current location is Kuwait
I am a regular user of maps and usually worked fine but since the last two upgrades, the application has left to create routes. I always get "Ditections not available". I usually use it in Spain, but I have used in London, Amsterdam, Bogota, Caracas, Barranquilla... Since the issue began In Colombia is impossible, and in Spain depend of the city. A pity!
