I am under "Managing Your Account" and when I scroll down to Devices, my ex boyfriends name is on the device instead of mine. The device is correct but the name is not. I don't know where to go to edit that. Any suggestions?

I have a similar issue. I deleted my iPhone 6 from the manager and my iPhone 8+ shows up with a long factory alpha-numeric name. I went to settings >general>about and changed the name to my name. It then looks fine. When I go back into the phone later, it is back to the factory name.
I just set up my new iPhone X and I have the same problem. In setting went to General, About, Name and named it Andy's iPhone X. In Apple ID the listed devices name does not reflect the name of my new iPhone X. Instead it is listed as Andy's iPhone 5s (previous phone) with iPhone x underneath the title. Therefore I have two devices labeled iPhone 5s? Suggestions?
