unanle to import sim contacts
Can't import sim contacts on my iPhone 7. It's taking too long and still doesn't copy any contacts

What type of phone was the SIM used in previously? Just in case you aren't already aware, the iPhone can import SIM contacts if they were stored on the SIM by another type of phone but no iPhone stores contacts on the SIM.
