can't delete all alarms

In 10.1.1 I can no longer delete all alarms. iOS understands the request, and displays the confirmation screen, but upon excepting confirm it simply says "I have confirmed your request quote and doesn't believe any of the alarms.

I have disabled Siri, hard restart, enabled/re-taught and it says "There's nothing to confirm."

Others had this problem.

Siri: there's nothing to confirm

I also have an iPad (Apple iPad Air ‑ Wi‑Fi ‑ 128 GB) but with the last few iOS updates it now refuses to accept any Siri commands. When I attempt to teach it Siri only understands "Hey Siri" and no checkmarks afterward with subsequent phrases starting at "how is the weather today". Siri has no problem on the iphone 5 except for this alarms issue.

Hi Randy Zeitman,
Welcome back to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're currently having an issue with your alarm clock and not being able to delete any alarms, I certainly understand how important it is to have a working alarm clock and would be more than happy to help get this resolved.

Check out this article with steps to Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. This will allow you to close the app you're having issues with.

Then go back into the app and try to completely delete any and all alarms once more that are currently saved and then close the app again. Next, check out this article with steps to Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If that doesn't work, it would be a good idea to be sure there is not a software issue as the root cause of this for you.

  1. Check out this article for the steps for How to backup your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
  2. Use this article for the steps to Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings.
  3. Once that is done, set the phone up as new and test the phone to see if the issue is still going on. Then, follow this article to Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Please feel free to let us know if this helps or if you have any further questions.
Cheers!

Hello again Randy Zeitman,

I understand that you're not able to delete all of your alarms and why we stated as such above. As you've requested, I have tested this on multiple devices without issue. Have you tested this on other devices as well with the same issue? If not, then as we've stated above it is possible that this is isolated to your device alone which can happen.

Sometimes what happens is during an update, something fails causing missing packets and in turn causes issues as you've described. The best way to resolve this is to restore the device if the things like power-cycling doesn't resolve it. If you're experiencing this on multiple devices or even after a restore then I would recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance, I will provide a link below.
