I know it's a little late, but hopefully this will help other people who search this topic. If you get those kinds of messages in Safari, first know that they are always fake. That's not how antivirus works on an iPhone, or other iOS device. This applies to any kind of popup message that you cannot close. If you're stuck on a screen like that, and it won't let you leave, go into the settings on your phone, go down to Safari (in Settings) and scroll down near the bottom. You'll see an option that says "Clear History and Website Data." Tap on that. It will shut down all open windows in Safari. When you open Safari again, you'll come to a fresh home screen.

Any such popup message will always be a scam. Do not respond to it.
