iCloud no more sync Notes on my devices - iOS 10 and macOS Sierra

Good morning,

I have an iPhone 7 under iOS 10 last version mais Macbook Pro Retina (mi-2014) under macOS Sierra last version.

I saw today that my Notes were not synced between theses two product.

Worse, no device upload on iCloud.com

When I write a Note on iPhone, it doesn't send it to iCloud.com

The same for Mac.

For a good sync, I have to write all my notes directly on iCloud website with Safari and Mac. This is my only way to get a notes synchronisation on all my devices.

However, before Sierra and iOS 10, all worked perfectly.

On all device, iCloud account is set to default for Notes.

I tried a lot of thing. Toggle off Notes on each device then turn-on. No effect.

Turn off iCloud account on each device, no effect.

I let Notes sync turned off on Mac but on on iPhone, and even in this setting, iPhone doesn't send any Notes on iCloud.com

If I turn off the Mac, the same, iPhone does not send on iCloud servers my Notes.

I don't understand.

Does anyone has this issue?

Any solution?

I would like to add a thing :

This is definitively not a material issue.

I just tried these operations with another Apple ID on all devices.

Result : All work perfectly. All notes are synced with a new Apple ID

That's why this issue comes from Apple ID.

I don't know how solve this issue given that we can't "manage" Apple ID.

How to do that ? Contact Apple support ?

Change Apple ID is absolutely not a solution. I have my Apple ID for 8 years.

I having the same issue. You have to contact Apple Support team. I'm still waiting for a solution in my account.

Hi,

Just purchased a MacBook pro retina 2015, updated to macOS and all iCloud data is syncing except notes, I have tried all the usual things (sign out of iCloud on iPhone/mac, then sign back in again, toggled notes on/off on all devices).

Notes from iOS to iCloud.com works

Notes from iOS to mac works

Notes from iCloud to iOS works

Notes from iCloud to macOS work

Notes from macOS to iOS or iCloud does not work

But if I share a note from macOS it appears on iOS or iCloud, remove the share and it stops being synced.

Never had a problem on my previous mac (iMac) or any iDevice that could not be fixed with a sign-out/in toggle, but this is driving me crazy! Started to install OneNote as a possible solution and bin notes, disappointed as I pay for iCloud storage and want a simple integrated solution between my devices.

I have the same issue.

NOTES created on my iPhone 7 or my Mac do not sync to iCloud, therefore do not sync between the iPhone and Mac. However, if I make a NOTE in iCloud.com, all devices sync.

I have raised the issue with Apple, who have advised that they will contact me with a solution.
