Canon IJ ScanGear Starter EX quit unexpectedly
I'm having a problem scanning on my CanoScan Lide 220 using the Canon IJ ScanGear Starter EX software. When I select the Greyscale Color Mode (in Advanced Mode) the scan starts then the application quits and I get the message 'Canon IJ ScanGear Starter EX quit unexpectedly'. In Color Mode it performs the scan and saves the image successfully.
I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it and I still get the same result.
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
