IPhone 6 Battery Bent

Hi guys,

While trying to self-repair a iphone 6, the adhesive strip tore and could not be pulled out, so i ended up levering the battery out. In the process, it was bent a bit, probabaly about 15-20 degree or so. The picture below is already flattened out. You can see the wrinkle left by the bending. Should I continue using this battery? Thanks!

Apple won't touch his iPhone since he already opened it himself.

The battery that he removed from the iPhone is the same one that iFixit sells. It is not junk. It does not have the Apple logo on it but then again neither does the one shown that he removed from his iPhone. The manufacturer who sells batteries to Apple also sells batteries to the public following a period where they are restricted from doing so.
