MacBook Pro Stuck in Recovery Mode loop

Everytime I load up my macbook,it is in the middle of finishing, and it goes into recovery mode.Please help I don't know what to do. I tried restarting,shutting down,doing the command+S,but it kept going to recovery mode

- If it is repairable reinstall the OSX

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.

Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
