Anyone?
Hi,
I recently went to view my Google account on line so I know the things you are talking about.
On a Mac they would be the equivalent of Smart Folders in Mail.
That is to say they are not really locations but can display item from several locations that are "flagged/tagged" as being in the same group.
I did not look in the Google Settings when on the mail page to see if they can be displayed as IMAP folders.
I don't know enough about how Google flag items to be in each group or how that can be transferred to the Mail App.

Thanks for checking.
It seems as these are more intelligent than mac mail smart folders as google analyses the email and categorizes it automatically. Smart folders can't do that without tinkering every time.
Wondering if any experts out there know if there is a way mac mail can show these google tabs?
Hi,
I actually filter some of the Communities fro just items tagged with Messages (or iMessages if the community uses that).
That was how I came to read this one.
I would not say I know that much about Mail.
Hopefully if you tagged it with Mail as well someone will be along soon.
