Is there an Excel Solver equivalent for Numbers v4 (2016)

I saw this question asked 6 years ago, but haven't seen an update. There apparently was not anything equivalent available in 2009. Hopefully that is no longer the case. I have MacOS 10.12.1 and Numbers 4.0.5.

I am doing various math programming optimization problems (Integer and Mixed Integer Linear Programming, etc...) and have instructions on how to use Excel Solver Add In within Microsoft Excel. It looks like it could be easier for me than running SAS or AMPL, but I'm not sure if it is possible to do these optimization models within Numbers or if it ever will be.
