Calendars on iOS Show Red Exclamation Point

Hello!

For some reason, for the past few weeks, I noticed that my calendars between my iPhone and my mac weren't syncing completely (some events wouldn't show up on one device if I made them on the other, when I made events on my iPhone and invited people, they would not get the invite). So I looked at the calendar settings in the iOS app and they all have red exclamation points next to them. I've tried removing the account from my phone and re-adding, but same problem. Any idea what's going on? Photo attached.

Hello Jason Eskin,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you have events that you add to one device that do not show up on another device along with invites not being received. I know how important it is for your Mac and iPhone calendars to sync properly and for your recipients to receive their invites. The red circles with the letter "i" inside them are the information symbol. If you tap the red circle you should have the ability to edit that calendar.

In regards to events syncing and invites being sent out, make sure that your Mac is fully updated to the latest software version for the model you have along with your iPhone being updated to the latest iOS version.

To check for software updates on your Mac, click the Apple in the upper left corner of your Mac and select About This Mac then Software Update. On your iPhone tap Settings > General > Software Update.

Also, make sure you are signed into iCloud on your Mac and your iPhone with the same Apple ID. On your Mac, click the Apple in the upper left corner of your Mac and select System Preferences. Then click iCloud. On your iPhone, tap Settings > iCloud.
