Blue Screen of Death, Simple Fix?

My phone (5s) keeps resetting itself and coming up with the blue screen of death. If i leave it alone it evolves into stripes, or a yellow screen... either way it is super annoying because I can't use my phone at all. Is there any way to reset it without losing what I already have on the phone?
