Ipad Air2 caught on fire
I purchased an Ipad Air 2 for my sons birthday in May 2016 and in November (slightly less than 6 months later) it caught on fire, after talking with Apple about a replacement, they said too bad, buy a new one. I should add, that I personally had used the ipad the day before it caught on fire and it worked fine, it was like new. My son charged it the next day and when he turned it on it burst into flames, not only burning himself but his carpet before he could get it out the door. I suggested he mail it to Apple so they could examine why it caught on fire and when he spoke with them, they were not interested. Any suggestions as to what he should do next?
