How can I create a Genius Bar appointment when my phone is broken?

I am unable to turn my phone on at all, it is my only device and so when I try to book a Genius Bar appointment or even get support online apple send me a verification code which I cannot access BECAUSE MY PHONE IS BROKEN! So how on earth am I supposed to book an appointment? It's a ridiculous system.

My phone will not turn on and therefore I cannot get the verification code or IMEI number.

I have logged in on my partner's phone now to see if anyone has any resolutions to this please?

go to the Apple Store you wish to visit the Genius Bar in a browser - https://locate.apple.com/

For example, my closest Apple Store is http://www.apple.com/retail/knoxstreet/

Choose the link show below on yours to get started toward making a Genius Reservation

I am NEVER challenged for anything (maybe to login if you aren't already) and my Store was pre-chosen when I finally chose Genius Bar button

You will get an email confirmation

Use a friends computer or phone Apple from the city your are in.

There should be a 1 800 number and you can phone them and make an appointment at Genius Bar.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago.

My Iphone 6 allows me to see my outlook received files then (2 secons) drops outlook?

I've held the home/off button to re-boot but no results
