How can I create a Genius Bar appointment when my phone is broken?
I am unable to turn my phone on at all, it is my only device and so when I try to book a Genius Bar appointment or even get support online apple send me a verification code which I cannot access BECAUSE MY PHONE IS BROKEN! So how on earth am I supposed to book an appointment? It's a ridiculous system.
My phone will not turn on and therefore I cannot get the verification code or IMEI number.
I have logged in on my partner's phone now to see if anyone has any resolutions to this please?
