Music subscription ran out and now my playlists are empty

I have a subscription for music and the card linked to it was closed so I had to put new bank info and when my account was re activated all my download music was gone, and on top of that my playlists are empty but the title of them is still there. It's still making mixes for the music I used to play on music so it knows what I used to stream but all my playlists are empty, Is it possible to recover them?
